On Very High Royal Instruction, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Moroccan Expatriates, MFA Nasser Bourita, is representing His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist Him, on Saturday in Malabo, at the 11th Summit of Heads of State and Government of the Organization of African, Caribbean, and Pacific States (OACPS).

The Kingdom of Morocco is participating in this Summit as a Guest of Honor, a distinction that underscores the Kingdom’s central role, under the leadership of His Majesty the King, may God assist Him, in South-South cooperation, as well as the relevance of the Kingdom’s active and ongoing engagement alongside its African, Caribbean and Pacific partners.
This 11th Summit, held under the theme “A Transformed and Renewed OACPS in a Changing World,” coincides with the 50th anniversary of this grouping.
Morocco’s participation in this important meeting reflects the recognition of a relevant Royal Vision for effective and solidarity-based South-South cooperation,a vision making the Kingdom a key player in the three regions of Africa, the Caribbean, and the Pacific.
